My name is Nishi Chavda and I work at TML Solicitors as a Conveyancer in the Residential Department.

I have a wide range of experience working within law firms since I graduating from University in Law in 2018 and have always been interested within the law relating to properties and learning the process of buying and selling homes. I can deal with Freehold and Leasehold sale transactions and assist on purchase matters and I am confident in the process and requirements needed for conveyancing transactions. I also have experience with Transfer of Equity matters and advising clients on the requirements needed in this area of conveyancing.

I am currently undertaking my Level 6 in Conveyancing Law and Practise along with my full-time role with Law Training Centre to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer and having the practical knowledge and experience will enable me to carry work for clients in a smooth and swift manner. I believe client satisfaction is one of the key priorities when it comes to my job as buying or selling their home can be a stressful time and therefore take a lot of pride in my role.
